The "Support. It's In Your Hands" campaign, created by EE in partnership with the Royal Association for Deaf people (RAD) and the Home Nations Football Associations, was recognized with a Bronze Clio at the 2024 Clio Sports Awards in the Social Good category.

Campaign Details:

Goal: The campaign aimed to promote British Sign Language (BSL) in football to make the sport more inclusive for the 87,000+ Deaf BSL users in the UK.

Key Initiatives: It featured BSL tutorials led by football stars (Harry Kane, Mary Earps), deaf mascots signing national anthems, and "Signed Shirts" with players' names in finger-spelling.

Impact: The initiative resulted in a 32% increase in brand awareness for the partner charity, RAD, and encouraged many to learn basic BSL.
